This Privacy Policy explains how ASC INTERNATIONAL USA LLC, doing business as 2 Minute Express ("we," "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you use our website (2minuteexpress.com) and our transportation, logistics and warehousing services.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and account details — name, company, phone number, email address, and billing/mailing addresses you provide when requesting quotes or booking services.
• Shipment information — pickup and delivery addresses, recipient names and phone numbers, freight descriptions, and delivery documentation (signatures, photos, timestamps).
• Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card only; we do not collect or store full card numbers.
• Website data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and site operation. Our website does not use advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

• To provide quotes, schedule pickups, perform deliveries, and manage warehousing accounts;
• To process payments, send invoices and receipts, and maintain business records;
• To communicate about your shipments (status updates, delivery confirmations);
• To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations;
• To protect our operations against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not use your information for third-party marketing.

3. Sharing

We share personal information only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (payment processors, partner carriers completing a delivery, accounting and IT providers), strictly for those purposes; (b) recipients of a shipment, to the extent needed to complete delivery; and (c) authorities where required by law. Partner carriers receive only the shipment details needed to perform the delivery.

4. Retention

We keep booking, delivery and billing records for as long as needed to provide services and to satisfy legal, tax and insurance requirements (generally up to 7 years), after which they are deleted or anonymized.

5. Security

Our website is served exclusively over HTTPS (SSL/TLS). Payment transactions are encrypted end-to-end and handled by PCI-DSS-compliant processors. Access to customer records is limited to personnel who need it to perform their work.

6. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law). Florida residents and residents of states with consumer privacy laws may exercise their rights under those laws by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

Our site uses only essential, first-party functionality (no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving the font files.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
