Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 27, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by ASC INTERNATIONAL USA LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as 2 Minute Express ("2 Minute Express," "we," "us," "our"), with its principal place of business at 4803 S Himes Ave, Tampa, FL 33611, USA. By requesting a quote, booking a shipment, purchasing warehousing or fulfillment services, or otherwise using our services or website at 2minuteexpress.com, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide transportation, logistics and warehousing services, including same-day courier, last-mile delivery, less-than-truckload (LTL) and full truckload (FTL) freight, warehousing and pallet storage, order fulfillment, cross-docking, and white-glove delivery, as described on our Services & Pricing page. Service availability may vary by location and capacity.
3. Quotes, pricing and payment
- All work is performed against a written quote (email or SMS) confirmed by the Customer. The confirmed quote is the binding price unless the actual freight materially differs from what was declared (weight, dimensions, count, handling needs), in which case we will notify you of the adjusted price before proceeding.
- Prices shown on our website are typical starting rates and do not constitute a binding offer.
- We accept major credit and debit cards and ACH transfers. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- One-time services are payable upon completion. Account customers are invoiced weekly or monthly with net-15 terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late balances may accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
- The descriptor on your card statement may read "2 MINUTE EXPRESS" or "ASC INTERNATIONAL USA LLC."
4. Booking, cancellation and refunds
Cancellation windows, fees and refund handling are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Service delivery
- Delivery windows. Quoted pickup and delivery times are our good-faith commitments based on the information provided at booking. Same-day courier services are completed the same business day when booked before 3:00pm ET within the Tampa Bay metro.
- Proof of delivery. Each delivery is documented with a signature, photo, and/or timestamp, provided to the Customer electronically.
- Failed delivery. If delivery cannot be completed for reasons within the recipient's control (no access, refusal, incorrect address supplied), redelivery is charged as a new job. We will contact you before returning or storing the freight.
- Delays. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (weather, traffic closures, carrier disruptions, acts of government, force majeure). Where a guaranteed-time service is missed for reasons within our control, remedies are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Declare freight accurately: contents, weight, dimensions, piece count, value, and any special handling needs.
- Package goods adequately for transport unless packaging is purchased from us.
- Do not tender prohibited items: hazardous materials we are not certified to carry, illegal goods, currency, live animals, or perishables without prior written agreement.
- Ensure someone with authority is available at pickup and delivery locations during the agreed windows.
7. Liability and claims
- Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the lesser of the declared value or $0.50 per pound per article, unless higher-value coverage is purchased in writing before pickup.
- Claims for visible loss or damage must be noted at delivery and submitted in writing to support@2minuteexpress.com within 5 business days of delivery; concealed damage claims within 10 business days. We resolve claims within 30 days of receiving complete documentation.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Warehoused goods are stored at Customer's risk beyond the coverage stated in the storage agreement; Customers are encouraged to insure stored inventory.
8. Warehousing terms
- Storage fees accrue monthly and are invoiced in advance. Inventory is released only when the account is current.
- We may exercise a warehouseman's lien over stored goods for unpaid charges as permitted by Florida law (Fla. Stat. ch. 677).
- Accounts inactive and unpaid for 90 days may have goods disposed of after written notice, per applicable law.
9. Website use
The content of 2minuteexpress.com is provided for general information. You may not scrape, copy or reuse our content or branding without written permission. We may update the site and these Terms at any time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes to service terms will not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any action, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting support@2minuteexpress.com.
